截金の技術が光る「tunagari」バングル

第4回日本和文化グランプリで入選した「tunagari」バングルの模様は、金のラインがバングルの面に沿って巻いているように繋がっています。
回しながらフリーハンドで繋げていくこの工程は計算できない難しい技術が必要であり、熟練の職人のなせる技。

K.KIRIKANEの特徴でもある金箔による繊細で柔らかなこの金色のラインは、この線を一本に繋ぎながら模様を描いています。
使用されている金箔の線1本の長さは約109mm。

The pattern of the “tunagari” bangle, selected for the 4th Japan Traditional Culture Grand Prix, features gold lines that appear to wrap and connect along the bangle's surface.
This process of connecting the lines freehand while rotating the piece requires an unpredictable, difficult technique only achievable by a skilled artisan.

The delicate, soft golden lines created with gold leaf—a hallmark of K.KIRIKANE—form the pattern by connecting these lines into a single continuous strand.
Each gold leaf line used measures approximately 109mm in length.
